Life

                        What is life?

What is life, and what does it mean to live your best life? There are a lot of different answers when it comes to this question, but the most important thing to remember is that the only real answer is you - you! The real question is how do we define "life". I've seen people talk about their lives in this way: “I wish my husband had died when he was alive,” or “I wish my parents had divorced,” or even “I wish I could have been born before they met.” While all these things can be true, none of them will ever make up your reality. You will never find this sort of thing on any page, podcast, magazine, TV show, movie, or anything else like it. No matter what age you were, whatever job you had, no matter what you had done in your career, no matter what you did in your personal relationships, you still exist! Just as you can't go back in time, neither can you change your past. But you CAN change the future. And you may do so by making changes in your present by either living consciously or simply reacting to your surroundings without thinking. Either way, the results are always the sawme - you still exist!

You cannot control everything that happens, but you can influence what happens. If you want to be happy and healthy, then you need to surround yourself with the right people, which in turn means being around positive influences. If you want to achieve success, then you need to surround yourself with opportunities to grow, which in turn means being surrounded by challenges that allow you to learn from them. If you want to feel inspired, look for ways to express yourself and get out of your comfort zone, which in turn means reading about new ideas and seeing new perspectives. And if you want to become successful, then you can do it by surrounding yourself with resources and knowledge that help you move forward.

But if you want to live your best life, then you need to surround yourself with people who can inspire you and motivate you to act on your dreams, but not those who try to stop you from doing what you know your heart needs. You need to surround yourself with people who value themselves and others, who are willing to give and take, who share their own experiences, and who don't care about whether you succeed or fail. Once you've experienced enough failure, you can start looking at situations in a new light. For example, maybe you're feeling stuck or discouraged because of some event that has happened over the years, such as getting fired, losing a loved one, or not having a family. Maybe you're struggling with depression or anxiety. Whatever the case may be, you can't change anything that has happened, but you can choose to see it as an opportunity to create things you love, or perhaps to reach out to support groups like Alcohol Anonymous (or AA) to gain a sense of community. Or maybe you're feeling lost in your career or relationship, or wondering what's next for you. Whatever the case may be, you can't change anything that has happened, but you can choose to listen to your inner voice and take steps to find solutions instead of giving up altogether. In other words, you can choose to be in charge of your own happiness (and it doesn't have to involve quitting your job, going through another divorce, or losing friends) and you can also choose to let others help you.

The secret isn't to focus too much on your problems, and to resist the urge to blame anyone but yourself. It's more valuable just to trust in yourself and your abilities. Trusting in your ability to overcome obstacles will lead to better days ahead, while blaming others will only leave you frustrated and defeated. Instead, focus on creating the conditions that will bring you closer to achieving your goals in life. This includes taking action, cultivating a support system, and staying committed to pursuing the things that truly interest you. And above all, keep in mind that the key to living a good life is to remain curious and open-minded - no matter what life throws your way, you'll always be able to find something to keep you motivated and inspired!
